LONDON, England – Visitors to London (and indeed residents) will be pleased to know that the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park has joined the long list of open spaces in the UK capital well worth spending some time at (when the weather is kind). The Park is accessible via both Stratford Regional (Westfield Shopping Centre) and Stratford International stations.

Entirely new are boat trips through the Olympic Park and walking tours inviting guests to view Londonโ€™s latest attraction from a whole new perspective. For those not scared of heights the ArcelorMittal Orbit provides visitors with stunning views over the Park and across Londonโ€™s famous skyline. It is both a work of art and a thrilling experience.

The boat tours start from Stratford Waterfront near the Aquatics Centre and head north on Waterworks River taking in a number of sights including the Parkโ€™s gardens, venues and artwork. Tickets for the 45-minute tour cost ยฃ8 for adults, half price children (under 3s free) and ยฃ20 for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and can be bought on the day.

For those who want to explore on foot, a guided walking tour uncovers details about the Park that even the most frequent visitors may not know about. There are also four free themed walking trails.
