In the search of missing Malaysian Airlines MH 370, news sources from around the globe are reporting about the Chinese Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia confirming satellite imagery spotted suspicious object 130 km away from current search activities and along the southern corridor of the current search area in the Southern Indian Ocean.

All satellite pix Australia and China shared so far were 5-7 days old.

The new image just provided by China spotted an object floating in the ocean having a size of 22,5 x 13 meters. Originally it was reported the size was 22×30 meters.

The question remains how in today’s time and age a B777 can disappear without real trace. What about satellites able to read license plates from cars. Images about floating objects are far less clear.

In the last 2 weeks such breaking news stories appeared constantly. Hope remains that one of the largest international search efforts result in locating the aircraft and on the sideline bring nations together for this common cause.
