With the winter season descending upon northern Europe, many people plan to fly south to escape the cold weather and gray skies. No sweat at Frankfurt Airport (FRA): not only because of the wide choice of destinations and airlines, but also because of the airportโ€™s winter-coat storage service. Instead of lugging their heavy coats with them on vacation, sunseekers can conveniently store their down jackets or winter coats right at the airport before flying to the southern climes. Fraport AG, the Frankfurt Airport company, is once again offering its popular winter-coat storage service until the end of April 27, 2014. For only 50 euro cents per day for each item, travelers can store their winter coats safely and securely at one FRAโ€™s luggage storage facilities. The same low price also applies if you are away on a longer trip.

Passengers can store their winter coats at the following luggage storage rooms located throughout FRAโ€™s terminal complex:

Terminal 1, Arrivals B, Level 1, open 24/7

Terminal 1, Departures B/C, Level 2, open daily from 6:00 to 22:00 Terminal 2, Arrivals D, Level 2, open daily from 6:00 to 22:00

The FRA winter-coat storage service is part of the โ€œGreat to Have You Here!โ€ quality service program launched by Fraport AG to make transferring and departing via Germanyโ€™s largest aviation hub even more comfortable and easier. In 2012, Frankfurt Airport welcomed more than 57 million passengers. Find out more about Frankfurt Airportโ€™s winter coat service and many other services at www.frankfurt-airport.com .
