DENVER, Colo. — A Lufthansa jet scheduled to fly from Denver to Frankfurt was delayed on the tarmac for 3 hours due to “unspecified technical problems”. The passengers were held on the plane without air conditioning, while the mechanics attempted to repair the aircraft.

Airport spokeswoman Laura Coale says paramedics were called about 90 minutes into the delay Sunday while the plane remained at the gate. No one suffered serious medical problems.

Lufthansa did not return a phone call seeking comment.
