India government and tourism pledges support for SATTE 2013

The Ministry of Tourism (MoT), government of India has pledged its support and confirmed their participation at SATTE 2013.

The Ministry of Tourism (MoT), government of India has pledged its support and confirmed their participation at SATTE 2013. The Ministry is the nodal agency for the formulation of national policies and programs and for the coordination of activities of various central government agencies, state governments/UTs and the private sector for the development and promotion of the tourism sector in the country. The MoT has had a long-standing association with SATTE, and they continue to endorse their support to the event in order to make it a bigger and better platform to promote the industry and the country’s offerings.

State Tourism Boards such as Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and the Lakshwadeep Tourism Board have confirmed their participation at SATTE 2013 scheduled January 16-18 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Other states including Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Maharashtra, Goa, Odisha, West Bengal, among others are also looking forward to confirming their participation.
