Air Seychelles today announced the sale of codeshare flights to Milan via Etihad Airways, effective immediately.
The codeshare agreement between the partner airlines, which commenced in January, has been expanded to include travel over Abu Dhabi to Milan for Air Seychelles passengers.
Air Seychelles-marketed flights will be operated by Etihad Airways’ aircraft on the Abu Dhabi-Milan leg. Three return flights per week will carry the Air Seychelles (HM) code, all with sub-two hour connections in Abu Dhabi.

We have designed a schedule which allows for optimal connectivity with vital European markets, ensuring that our passengers will enjoy seamless connections and the fastest flight times of any carrier from markets including Paris and Milan.
“Historically, the Seychelles has been a hugely popular holiday destination for Italians, with Air Seychelles having delivered many of these travellers on the Rome-Seychelles route. We are thrilled to return to Italy via our valued partner, Etihad Airways.”
Air Seychelles’ flights to Milan are available for sale and travel now.
In January, Etihad Airways acquired a 40 per cent stake in Air Seychelles and the two airlines now operate eight return services a week between Abu Dhabi and the Indian Ocean archipelago – four by Air Seychelles and four by Etihad Airways.
