GlobalVision Travel Resources, Inc. has launched Go2Guides - an innovative line of travel guides for kids. The first guides are for kids traveling to China, in time for trips to the Olympic Games.

Go2Guides are easy-to-read, fact-filled guides. They are designed to help children engage in and get the most learning from trips abroad. Go2Guides are available for three age ranges: 5-7 years old, 8-11 years old and 12+ years old. They are written by an elementary school teacher so they are at the right reading level for each age group. Each guide contains information about places to visit in the country and background information on topics such as history, beliefs, manners, food, and language - all with the idea of making each trip more meaningful for each child. Go2Guides are colorful and easy to carry so they are appealing to children and easy to take along on a trip.

Founder Linda Cohen, a passionate life-long traveler, said, "The inspiration for Go2Guides came from traveling with my own children. Every time we go on a trip, I try to get the kids excited about it and maximize their learning by providing them with information about the places they will visit. Through this process, I've discovered that for most destinations, there are very few, if any, travel guides specifically written for children. Go2Guides have been designed to fill this gap."

Future plans call for several additional frequently-traveled family destinations including France, England, and Italy.

Headquartered in Calabasas, CA, GlobalVision Travel Resources, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Linda Cohen. The company's mission is to promote cross-cultural understanding by encouraging and supporting international travel among families.
