GOL discontinues regular flights to Santiago, Chile

SAO PAULO, Brazil - GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A., the largest low-cost, low-fare airline in Latin America, announces that as of October 3 it will discontinue its regular flights to Santiago, Chile.

The Company based this decision on financial criteria, among which is the low profitability of these flights due to the high costs involved in the operation.
