Meetings industry expanding in Seychelles
Minister Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister for Tourism and Culture, has said that his ministry was happy that the islands had been chosen as the venue for the next World Cleft Lip and Palate Congress.
“We congratulate the team for choosing the Pearl of the Indian Ocean as the venue of this congress. I will personally be on hand to welcome all the delegates, speakers, eminent surgeons from all over the world who will be flying to Seychelles to be a part of this congress. A good location, a safe environment, and a good ambience are important pre-requisites for any congress that has several brain-storming sessions. I sincerely believe that Seychelles provides such an ideal location,” Minister Alain St.Ange said.
Seychelles is getting ready to welcome the delegates coming from all over the world for the 7th World Cleft and Palate Congress starting from May 7-11, 2012. Prof. Dr. S. M. Balaji has been thanked by the island’s Tourism Minister as the personality behind bringing that congress to Seychelles.
