Idol of Seychelles to perform at Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort
Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino is again the venue for Patrick Victor, the Seychelles’ much-loved artist, to host the 2nd edition of the Patrick Victor Special Dinner & Show, which will be live on February 11, 2012.
This special evening is organized for the fans of Patrick Victor and visitors to Seychelles wanting a taste of island music and culture. Ken Choo, the General Manager of the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino, and Patrick Victor organized a successful 1st edition of that spectacular show in August 2011. The Dinner & Show will again be comprised of some talented Seychelles artists who will be singing Patrick Victor songs. The music band for the evening will be coming from Praslin Island, the island that has one of Patrick Victor’s popular Creole ballads.
Mr. Ken Choo, the General Manager of the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino, said: “ I am looking forward to another great cultural evening with the fans and the guests of the hotel.”
The Seychelles Tourism Board supports the move by the Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino to help consolidate what the Tourism Board calls “cultural tourism.”
“Our tourism industry is special because of what we are and because of what we have. One of our main assets remains the unique diversity of our people and the culture that comes with it. Music is part of that, and we need to protect it and promote it as much as we can,” said Alain St.Ange, CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board.
“Ken Choo and the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino team must be congratulated for the effort in blending our country’s culture with animation of the resort,” Alain St.Ange said.
