The world-class property will offer 161 rooms & apartments with 1 – 3 bedrooms. Layia Oak Hotel & Residence will also offer guests a choice of three food and beverage venues, three multi-purpose function rooms, a business center, 24 hour state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor temperature controlled pool, children’s pool, kids playground, extensive landscaping and ample parking.

“Layia Oak Hotel & Residence has been designed with the business traveller in mind – whether that is someone flying in for a few days or staying in Dubai on contract for a number of weeks or months. Our rooms are extra spacious so that our guests feel right at home, and have been equipped with the very best in fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings including premier quality beds,” said Mohamed Awadalla, Area General Manager, Layia Hospitality.

Each unit is designed as a self-contained unit, with an LCD TV, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge, and safe in each type of accommodation. Added to this is a wide array of hotel facilities and services, from 24-hour business support to in-room dining, a 24 hour fitness center, restaurants, a ladies hair salon and nail spa with treatment and massage rooms.

“It is our aim to bring a new dimension to hospitality. Travelers, whether frequent business travelers or families on vacation, appreciate having extra space and facilities to cater to their needs. Our hotel staff will deliver impeccable service standards, while our location, in the heart of new Dubai’s business and entertainment hub, is second to none,” Awadalla added.

Layia Hospitality is undergoing rapid growth and already has eight properties signed and is in advanced negotiations for seven more developments across the Middle East.

Three distinct brands will make up the Layia Hospitality portfolio: Layia Hotels, Living Courts and a three-star hotel brand that is soon to be announced. Layia Hotels contains three elements: Layia Hotels, Layia Hotels & Residences and Layia Serviced Villas. Properties trading under the Layia Hospitality brand will be four- and five-star rated.
