UK (eTN) - During a visit to UK in November, senior tourism professional, environmentalist, and eTurboNews ambassador, Srilal Miththapala, gave a series of lectures to students at the University of Plymouth on sustainable tourism.

This lecture was part of the university's Sustainable Enterprise week events. The lectures showcased the rich bio-diversity and environmental sustainability of Sri Lanka.

Srilal Miththapala is the Project Director of SWITCH ASIA Program - Greening Sri Lankan Hotels, and is the immediate Past President of the Tourist Hotels Association of Sri Lanka.
