Air China, Fairmont form marketing alliance

Fairmont partners with Air China

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has formed a new marketing alliance with Star Alliance member Air China. As part of the new partnership, guests and members of the Fairmont President’s Club will now have the option of earning airline miles in Air China’s frequent flyer program, PhoneixMiles. As part of the new alliance, guests on qualifying stays will have the opportunity to earn 500 frequent flyer miles, or more based on their Fairmont program status, in the PhoneixMiles program.

Air China services a number of international markets which Fairmont calls home, including London, where The Savoy, an iconic landmark property, reopened recently following a multi-year restoration program, and New York City, which lays claim to one of the world’s most legendary hotels, The Plaza. Other Fairmont airline partners include American Airlines, United Airlines, Air Canada, Lufthansa, Etihad Airways, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, and Alaska Airlines.
