Centara Hotel and Convention Centre Khon Kaen welcomes new GM
Gerd Steeb, President of Centara Hotels & Resorts, has announced the appointment of Phakapol Yawaluk as General Manager of the Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Khon Kaen.
Phakapol graduated from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology, North Bangkok Campus. He has also attended Intensive Training Certificate courses in Sales Management Development by MHA Consultants Ltd. of England and Yield Management by the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC), Singapore and TSA Institute.
With over 20 years' experience in various positions, particularly at the management level related to customer services, Phakapol has worked for a number of five-star hotels including Royal Orchid Sheraton, Pan Pacific Bangkok, Banyan Tree Phuket, Trisara Phuket, Amari Rincome Chiang Mai, Sofitel Raja Orchid Khon Kaen, and Dusit Princess Korat. Prior to joining Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Khon Kaen, he was General Manager of the Dusit Island Resort Chiang Rai.
