Travelers should expect major delays for business travel visas to Pakistan

WASHINGTON, DC - Travel Document Systems, Inc., a Washington, DC-based industry leader in the expedited visa and passport industry, today announced that there is a substantial delay in processing for most visas to Pakistan at this time.

With the exception of some tourist and visiting relative applications, the slowdown in document processing for this region appears to be static and is expected to continue indefinitely within the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, DC, as well as the Consulates in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Houston. Travelers may note that online forms provided by the Embassy of Pakistan for visa applications do not currently reflect the changes in timely visa processing.
