Meeting Zambia's first President

Seychelles Tourism Board CEO Mr. Alain St.Ange & Zambia Founding President Dr. Kenneth D. Kaunda

Dr. Kaunda attended the official opening ceremony of the IIPT Lusaka conference and demonstrated through his address the need for Africa to build on peace within itself so as to have a viable tourism industry.

Alain St.Ange, the CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board, who is in Lusaka in Zambia for the 5th African Conference for the International Institute for Peace through Tourism (IIPT) was one delegate who had the pleasure of meeting with Zambia's founding President Dr. Kenneth Kaunda.

"Dr. Kenneth Kaunda, the founding President of Zambia is a well-known statesman of Africa and to have been able to meet with him was a real honor," said Alain St.Ange.

The founding President did his traditional jog as he entered the packed room at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lusaka.
