Lion Air, the largest private airline company in Indonesia, is planning to serve the Singapore-Bali route beginning next June or July.
The airline company said the route would be opened in order to offer Singaporean tourists comfortable direct flights to the Indonesian resort island.
The new routing has come directly following the announcement of a Jakarta-Singapore-Vietnam flight by Lion Air.
The Singapore-Bali route will be served with the newest Boeing 737-900ER airliners.
