The International Women's Fair (IWF) is coming to Ghana, Africa May 8, 2011. Yaw Asmoah, the founder of the IWF joins Sandy to talk about the gender roles in West Africa and why this Fair has the potential to grow beyond Ghana.

CNN Hero, Betty Makoni will also be participating in the conference in Accra Ghana.
