SINGAPORE – Agoda.com, Asia’s global hotel booking site and part of Nasdaq-listed priceline.com Inc. (Nasdaq: PCLN), today announced a partnership with Australian hotel group, Toga Hospitality. Under the partnership, Toga Hospitality’s four brands – Adina, Medina, Vibe, and Travelodge – will join Agoda.com’s inventory of more than 160,000 hotels, distributed worldwide to a loyal member base of more than 2.5 million.

Toga Hospitality has properties in major cities across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Via Agoda.com, customers can book these properties in their choice of 32 different languages, including Chinese traditional and simplified, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, and Thai.

The Toga Group was founded in 1963, and today operates in a diverse range of sectors, including property development, investment, aquaculture, and hospitality. Under the latter umbrella, Toga Hospitality's four chains offer a wide array of accommodation.

The Medina brand offers spacious "apartment hotels" for executives, long-stays, and families, Toga's Travelodge properties provide comfortable and affordable city-center accommodation, and the Vibe hotels are contemporary in style with an emphasis on design. Toga Hospitality hotels are present throughout Australia's major cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast, and Darwin in Australia’s picturesque "Top End."

President of Agoda.com, Robert Rosenstein remarked, "Toga Hospitality is known for its unique range of affordable hotels and apartments across key Australian cities. They're a great fit for Agoda's initiative to provide the best accommodation choices to our customers."

Through its multi-lingual services, easy-to-use booking interface, and targeted newsletters, Agoda.com will improve Toga Hospitality's visibility within Asia and make their hotels more accessible to Asian travelers.
