American Airlines named Best North American Airline for First Class Service

FORT WORTH, Texas - Avid travel enthusiasts have once again chosen American Airlines as their preferred airline for First Class travel. This is the third consecutive year American has been presented with this award.

Eight thousand randomly selected Business Traveler subscribers participated in Business Traveler's 2010 Best in Business Travel Survey. Selections for the open-ended survey were submitted and finalized in mid-September and today the results are in – American Airlines has been named "Best North American Airline for First Class Service."

"We know Business Traveler readers represent our best customers – seasoned travelers with high expectations," said Rob Friedman, American's Vice President – Marketing. "This award reflects American's ongoing commitment to enhance the travel experience for our customers, and we are honored to be named best North American Airline for First Class service to destinations in North America and around the world."

Business Traveler recognized winners of its annual Best in Business Travel Awards competition in Los Angeles on Dec. 9.
