East Asian tourism fair opens in Vietnam

HANOI - The East Asia Inter-regional Tourism Fair 2010 opened in Quang Ninh, Vietnam today, Vietnam News Agency reported.

The event is attended by representatives of tour companies from Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea and Vietnam

Tour operators attending the fair are provided a chance to introduce their special tourism services, to seek cooperation opportunities, exchange information and views and share experience in promoting business cooperation in tourism, said the report.

The event is part of activities of the ongoing East Asia Inter-regional Tourism Forum 2010 in Quang Ninh.
