Latest update: Andrew is recovering and is doing a lot better at this time.
(eTN) - It has just been learned that Andrew J. Wood, the general manager of Chaophya Park Hotel & Resort in Bangkok, Thailand, is in a local hospital.
Andrew is an active and well-known member in the tourism and hospitality industries and is an ambassador for eTurboNews. Andrew has been involved with SKAL International in Asia for many year.

Dear All Friends,
Just been to visit Andrew - he is NOT is a critical condition, he is fine and complaining about being in ICU so long !! He is only in there as he has to be monitored closely after his successful operation.
Initially we requested that people did not visit Andrew as he was getting over 30 friends, family and colleagues visiting him per day – As you can imagine this was a complete nightmare for the Nurses and doctors.
For the moment please feel free to send emails to Andrew on this site or to his normal email, I am sure he will get round to answering them all very soon.
