LIBERTYVILLE, IL - TourCrafters, the specialists in travel to Italy, have put together a “Gelato, Bikes & Art Lovers” package to three top destinations: Rome, the Eternal City with its ancient monuments; Florence, filled with art treasures and elegant shops; and Bologna, the culinary capital with its fabulous restaurants.

The midweek package is available in September. The least expensive version, Package A, starts at US$1,945 and includes round-trip air from New York, Rome-Florence-Bologna high-speed train, fuel surcharges, three nights’ accommodation at the Hotel Oxford in Rome, two nights at the Hotel Macchiavelli in Florence, two nights at the Hotel Orologio in Bologna, seven full Italian buffet breakfasts, a private arrival transfer in Rome, a half-day city tour of ancient Rome, five hours bike rental in Florence, a half-day tour by bike in Bologna and... a delicious gelato cone in each of the cities.

Package B upgrades the three hotels to the Regno in Rome, the Cavour in Florence, and the Novecento in Bologna. It costs US$1,985 from New York. Package C upgrades the hotels to the River in Rome (which offers a fourth night free), the Kraft in Florence, and the Corona d’Oro in Bologna. It costs US$2,059 from New York.

Air fare add-ons for departures from other cities are US$74 for Boston, US$135 for Chicago, US$159 for Miami, and US$250 for Los Angeles. All prices quoted are per person, double occupancy, are subject to availability and do not include airport taxes, which are subject to change. Reservations must be paid for within 72 hours of booking.

Wow! I thank from the bottom of my heart for posting such a description. It will really be helpful as I am planning to go to Italy. It is very important to know every detail before going as I can utilize my time and money. I appreciate this post because after taking such an balanced package, I believe, I do not have be worried of anything and can enjoy my trip. Though Venice is not included here, still the three cities are great to roam around.
