International Business Travel Experts Convene in Chicago this Week

Chris Crowley is the newly elected president of ACTE joins Sandy to talk about the organization and its outreach to the business travel industry, both within the US and internationally.

This week, more than 700 international ACTE members and delegates will met in Chicago week to attend ACTE's annual educational conference.

Chris also talks about the surprising vibrancy of the developing Russian business travel market as well as opportunities for growth in the Pacific Asia region.

We'll also talk about the the importance of business diplomacy and cross culture awareness education.
