W San Francisco, a 4-star hotel in California, announced the appointment of Brett Neller as the hotel’s new Director of Finance. A talented leader with proven expertise in aligning financial strategies with corporate objectives, Brett brings nearly a decade of experience to his new position as the Director of Finance at W San Francisco.
In his role at the 404-room hotel located in the heart of San Francisco’s SoMA district, Brett functions as the property’s strategic financial business leader and is responsible for developing and implementing property-wide strategies and the execution of all financial and accounting activities.
Brett is the third leader to join the W San Francisco team since the Marriott-Starwood culture merger. Prior to that, Brett served as the Director of Finance at Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester, where he provided leadership for the hotel financial disciple as a member of the executive team, managing a team of eight for the 146-room luxury hotel. Prior to his time at The Ritz-Carlton, Brett held various roles in finance starting at Anaheim Marriott and the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.
Neller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College with a concentration in Financial Management, and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
