Fraport AG will be welcoming shareholders to its 16th regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Höchst, on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. The AGM officially begins at 10:00 CEST, with admission starting at 09:00 CEST. The proceedings will be headed by Karlheinz Weimar, Fraport AG’s supervisory board chairman.
Dr. Stefan Schulte, Fraport’s executive board chairman, will present the company’s 2016 fiscal results and discuss developments in 2017. There will be a live AGM webcast in German , running until the end of Dr. Schulte’s speech. A general debate will follow.
The AGM admission card also serves as a valid ticket on May 23 for second class travel using public transport services offered by the RMV Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority (www.rmv.de) to and from the Jahrhunderthalle.
