Recognized as the world's most pup-ular hotel and host location for the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, New York's Hotel Pennsylvania is pleased to welcome all canine hopefuls participating in this annual event. The 134th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show takes place on February 15 and 16, 2010 at Madison Square Garden, directly across from New York's Hotel Pennsylvania.

The hotel is known for hosting Westminster champions, including 2008 Best in Show winner Uno the Beagle. In an effort to increase their luck, guests have been calling for "Uno's Room" (#213A), as well as rooms which represent the date Westminster announces its champion (February 16 = room 216). To mark this special annual occasion, the property has established a variety of onsite activities and amenities to coincide with the show, including:

- Together with the Westminster Kennel Club, the hotel will host a live pre-show broadcast feed from the hotel's lobby for different media outlets to interview participants from their corresponding market. (Friday, February 12, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm EST.

- The hotel will again convert function space into what is perhaps the largest in-door doggie spa in all of New York. Located within the hotel's lower level, the 1st In-Line, Inc.-sponsored Green Room Salon & S'paw offers a variety of amenities that show participants require: bathing/beauty parlor/salon, dog grooming/comfort station, exercise area, his/hers relieving area, and a Dog-tor's Corner, with a canine masseuse and communicator!

- The hotel will host SkyBark Pre-Westminster Red Carpet Events taking place prior to the dog show.

- Also, the hotel will have its Doggie Concierge onsite and a Paw Mall. "No one does it like New York's Hotel Pennsylvania," said Jo Ann Falco, 'Bark'eting Director. "We look forward to once again having all VIPs (Very Important Pooches) staying with us for the 134th Annual Westminster Dog Show, given our perfect location and unique amenities."
