Elvis cruise, booze cruise. Nude cruise next?

PORT CANAVERAL, Fla. - The next big thing in the cruise industry may be nothing.

Cruise industry leaders said nude cruises could sweep the travel and tourism industry in 2010.

Nudists, who are also called naturists, would have the run of a major cruise ship, but they would be required to dress for dinner.

At Port Canaveral, where cruise ship passengers take charter fishing trips and dine in restaurants, anything that brings in business is welcomed.

"In this economy, it's not surprising. You have to be very creative with what you have to work with," charter fishing operator Tony Adams said.

There are no current plans for a clothing-optional cruise at Port Canaveral, but industry experts believe it could be profitable.
