If the iranian partner could be unearthed and publicly declared I could give a better comment whether this galactic and enormous in size project would get materialized or agrounded right in the middle of the impelimentation with the setbacks would be imposed by domestic and international bodies. The economic condition of Iran today is not that much strong to guaratee ROI without high risking.

Branding the project by Persian Gulf bewilders immagination and I guess it is not meaningful. I belive if the founders and the investors of the project could compromise to select Persepolis Metropolise or Metropolis at Persepolis could better position the trade mark for the domestic and internationl community. The name of Iran and its land and sea integrity could be better advertised.

At the first glace I read your news I thought this project would be the same project Mr Hossein Sabet Baktash the founder of Hotel Darius in Kish Island once had on his blueprint to implement in Shiraz.

However as a senior expert who wishes the international tourism community choose Iran as a secured and worth visit and appeasing destination and endure its complications despite of the lack of standard ameneties one may find in a hot destination. Warm Regards
