Istanbul's Midtown Hotel receives ISO Quality Certificates
Midtown Hotel, which hosts the first planned urban transformation project of Istanbul with its modern and innovative service concept and which is situated on the Taksim Talimhane region, is progressing with confidence for two years in its sector with the sensitivity that it shows for customer satisfaction; quality of service; consciousness for the environment; quality, trained personnel; and protection of nature.
Midtown Hotel, which has increased customer satisfaction up to 93.7 percent within two years, shows how much seriousness it places on the hygiene and the environment for the food management, as well as food safety, since it prepares the food in its restaurants and cafés in the most healthy way and conveys all of its wastes to the required places for recycling.
Midtown Hotel has registered its services that it provides within this understanding with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Standard, ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System Standard, and ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Standard documents and has carried over its standards to the higher level, and it will break ground on many more innovations with the targets that it has placed for itself.
