The Singapore Airlines Service Centre has been moved to a more convenient location. Just above Orchard MRT Station, the center is located at ION Orchard, Singapore’s newest shopping mall on the city’s premier shopping boulevard.

The Singapore Airlines Service Centre and PPS Club Service Centre are now integrated under one roof. Offering seating for 70 people, the center is open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays. Customers can enjoy all ticketing services except downtown check-in. However, self check-in kiosks are available for trips booked up to 48 hours before departures.

The current service center at The Atrium@Orchard closed on July 27.
