Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi office, and Thai Airways International PCL, Kolkata organized an AET trip to Krabi and Bangkok for travel agents from north and east India from June 2-7, 2009.

Krabi is one of southern Thailand's most attractive provinces and is an ideal getaway destination teeming with natural attractions including white sandy beaches, fascinating coral reefs, numerous large and small islands, and verdant forests with caves and waterfalls. It is an ideal destination for the honeymooners.

There were a total 9 travel agents including Mr. Debojyoti Bhattacharjee, Riya Holidays, Kolkata; Mr. Siddharth Sett, Globe Forex & Travels Ltd., Kolkata; Ms. Neera Chaturvedi, Club 7 Holidays, Kolkata; Mr. Kunal Padhi, Chocks-Off, Kolkata; Mr. Prashant Binnany, Discovery Tours & Travels, Kolkata; Mr. Sunil Satyawakta, Civica Travels; Lucknow Rishi Budhadev, Anytime Hotels (Ahemdabad); Mr. Rupjeet Sagger, Sagger Holidays (Ludhiana); and Mrs. Poonam Malhotra, Ekido Holidays (Chandigarh).
